Working collaboratively within a team produces incredible results when we build on each person's strengths.

My Role:

During this project, I took the lead in the beginning to get the information that was needed to create a plan. This was an opportunity to get stakeholder interviews. I also created the online survey, and we also did usability testing which helped us narrow down priorities. Through user research, we discovered the site was bottlenecked by the contact page. We needed to focus our strategy on getting users in direct communication with the non-profit. Once we finished the project, I summarized the findings and created a presentation to share with stakeholders.
